Program Description
Camp Glisson is a year-round retreat and summer youth camp owned by the North Georgia Conference of the United Methodist Church. Its purpose is to encourage young persons in spiritual growth. Campers are nurtured in their walk with Christ by pastors who serve as Theologians-in-Residence, and a staff of enthusiastic and winsome Christian counselors. In addition to spiritual study and fellowship, Camp Glisson provides a wealth of group and individual experiences including creek walks, team-building opportunities on our ropes courses, arts & crafts, kayaking, horseback riding, backpacking and tent camping.
