Catherine Freer Wilderness is a theraputic wilderness program located in Albany, Oregon. Catherine Freer Wilderness Therapy Expeditions offers a unique blend of intensive residential therapy with a 21-day wilderness expedition. Our treks take place in the Pacific Northwest and offer young people, ages 13 through 18, an opportunity for adventure, self-reflection, and personal growth. Our groups are small, with five to seven participants and three staff, allowing for individual attention and a carefully supportive environment.
