Program Description
Hope House at Cotting School, MA . Cotting School's transitional residential program that supports young adults' quests to live independently, despite learning or physical challenges. Open to adults ages 19-26. Many high school students with disabilities have made great strides in the course of their education, only to fall short of meeting their potential for independence once they graduate. This often happens simply because a transition from a structured program into the community is never made or is made too abruptly. HOPE House is designed expressly for young adults with physical or learning challenges who, although they may have completed high school, will benefit from continued social, educational and vocational support.
