| Le Mans Academy is a Catholic boarding school for boys in grades 5-9, sponsored by the Brothers of Holy Cross, Notre Dame. Located 90 minutes east of Chicago, Illinois in the quiet farm community of Rolling Prairie, Indiana, LMA offers a hands-on academic program in conjunction with a safe, nurturing, and structured residential environment that features a variety of sports and activities intended to build self-esteem in middle school boys. Emphasis is placed on assisting boys of good character who may not be working up to potential in the classroom. The typical LMA student possesses average to above-average ability and is college bound. He can benefit from improved study habits, organizational skills, and time-management strategies. The Academy enrolls 115 middle school boys of all faiths from the United States, Mexico, and other nations, most recently the Republic of Korea, El Salvador, Spain, Ukraine, Ivory Coast, Rwanda, Turkey and Taiwan. | |
