Located along the North Shore of Lake Superior, Minnesota, Soltreks is the only therapeutic, adventure-based program of its kind in the upper Midwest serving teenagers, young adults, and their families. Founded upon the need to individualize adventure-based experiences, this owner-directed program provides customized, focused treks where students can experience greater opportunities for personal development, growth, and change. Soltreks offers opportunities for young people to identify their strengths by creating situations in which they have to call upon them. As the name suggests, Soltreks truly provides treks for the soul.
